Withdrawal from your contract

Cancellation stops future renewal under the Terms. During the free trial, cancellation ends access immediately. During a paid month, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of that billing period.

Statutory withdrawal is a separate consumer right available only where mandatory law grants it. It unwinds the initial distance contract subject to the rules below. Businesses do not have this consumer right.

If you are an eligible EU or EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from the day the initial Notesix contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. The first 7 days are the free trial. If you do not withdraw or cancel, the monthly paid service begins automatically on day 8 at USD 19 per seat, excluding applicable taxes.

By expressly asking Notesix to be available immediately during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that if you withdraw after paid service has begun, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied between the start of paid access and your withdrawal. Access ends when withdrawal is processed. You do not receive a new 14-day right at every monthly renewal.

The initial free-trial-to-paid conversion gives one withdrawal period where the trial duration, price and automatic paid conversion were clearly disclosed when you contracted. Mandatory rights remain unaffected if those disclosures were not properly made.

Send an unambiguous statement before the deadline from the email address linked to your account. Include the account email and enough information to identify the contract. No special wording is required.

You may also email contact@nsixdigital.com. We will send an acknowledgement on a durable medium, normally email, and confirm the consequence for access and any amount due or refunded. Keep the acknowledgement.

Switzerland does not provide a general statutory withdrawal right for every online SaaS purchase. Other countries or US states may grant specific mandatory cancellation or refund rights. We honour any right that applies to you regardless of these terms. Contact us with your country and account email if you are unsure.

La résiliation empêche le prochain renouvellement selon les Conditions. Pendant l’essai gratuit, elle met immédiatement fin à l’accès. Pendant un mois payé, elle prend normalement effet à la fin de cette période.

La rétractation légale est un droit distinct, réservé aux consommateurs lorsque le droit impératif le prévoit. Elle revient sur le contrat à distance initial selon les règles ci-dessous. Les entreprises n’en bénéficient pas.

Si vous êtes un consommateur admissible de l’UE ou de l’EEE, vous disposez en principe de 14 jours à compter de la conclusion du contrat Notesix initial pour vous rétracter sans motif. Les 7 premiers jours constituent l’essai gratuit. Sans rétractation ni résiliation, le service mensuel payant commence automatiquement au 8e jour, au prix de 19 USD par siège, hors taxes applicables.

En demandant expressément l’accès immédiat pendant le délai de rétractation, vous reconnaissez que si vous vous rétractez après le début de la période payante, une somme proportionnelle au service fourni entre le début de l’accès payant et la rétractation peut rester due. L’accès prend fin lorsque la demande est traitée. Un nouveau délai de 14 jours ne recommence pas à chaque renouvellement mensuel.

Le passage de l’essai initial à l’abonnement payant ouvre un seul délai de rétractation lorsque la durée de l’essai, le prix et la conversion automatique ont été clairement indiqués lors de la souscription. Vos droits impératifs restent inchangés si cette information n’a pas été correctement fournie.

Envoyez avant l’échéance une déclaration sans ambiguïté depuis l’adresse e-mail liée au compte. Indiquez l’e-mail du compte et les éléments permettant d’identifier le contrat. Aucune formule particulière n’est imposée.
